Haynes and Boone to Relocate Dallas Office to New Uptown Tower in 2023

August, 2020 - Dallas, Texas

Haynes and Boone, LLP will relocate its Dallas office in the fourth quarter of 2023 to a new 27-story office tower that will be constructed in the Harwood District of uptown Dallas.

“We are excited to start sketching out the next chapter of Haynes and Boone in a state-of-the-art facility that will promote the comfort and collaboration of our employees, while allowing us to continue to deliver maximum value to our clients,” said Haynes and Boone Managing Partner Tim Powers. “It may be hard to envision now, but we will soon return to the office. This lease reflects our optimism in Haynes and Boone’s continued growth and that of the city of Dallas.”

Haynes and Boone will occupy approximately 125,000 square feet of Harwood No. 14, which will feature a range of amenities, including a monumental two-story lobby, a state-of-the-art fitness center with locker rooms and showers, a highly flexible multi-purpose center that can be used for conferencing, catering, and curated events. There also will be nine levels of parking and approximately 12,000 square feet for restaurants at the ground floor.

Taylor Wilson, who will succeed Powers as managing partner in January 2021, said the firm’s office at Harwood No. 14 will be designed smartly “to reflect lessons learned during the pandemic about how to best support our employees so that they remain seamlessly connected with each other and with our clients. Our new Dallas office will allow us to continue to attract and retain top talent and deliver first-class legal services.”
