November, 2020 - Glasgow, Scotland

2. advising AIM listed BigBlu Broadband plc on its £40m disposal of its European satellite broadband business to Euronext listed Eutelsat S.A., involving advisers in eleven separate jurisdictions, in many of which WSG member firms assisted, including Heuking in Germany, PLMJ in Portugal, Simonsen Vogt in Norway, Gianni Origoni in Italy and Wardynski in Poland;

3. acting for AIM listed IndigoVision Group plc in its £30m acquisition by Motorola Industries;

4. acting for AIM listed Collagen Solutions plc, a life sciences company based outside Glasgow, in its £30m take private sale to Rosen’s Diversified Inc.;

5. acting for Five Estuaries offshore wind farm on the formation of the joint venture (amongst Siemens, a Macquarie-led consortium, RWE, ESB and Sumitomo) to undertake the up to 353MW Galloper wind farm extension project; and

In addition, the CF group has been very active in a variety of PE investments and capital markets raises, as well as restructuring and other “below the radar” mandates.

We were also privileged and honoured last month to be awarded the “Regional / Offshore Firm of the Year” across the whole of the UK in the 2020 Legal Business Awards.

We look forward to continued collaboration with our many WSG friends around the globe.
