ALRUD Tops Mergermarket Rating in Russia

In January 2021, a reputable global information and analytical agency, Mergermarket, published its 2020 report, containing its rating of the most successful law firms in the M&A field. This rating ranks firms that achieved the best results in 2020, by deal count and by deal value.
This year, ALRUD Law Firm tops Mergermarket’s rating on the Russian market and is highly ranked in some European countries’ ratings, due to its broad expertise and vast experience in cross-border deals.
Thus, ALRUD occupied the top positions in Russia – 1st place both by deal count and deal value; secured the 3th and 19th places in the CEE by deal value and deal count respectively; further, ALRUD claimed the 5th place by deal value in Austria and the 16th place in MEA.
