ALRUD Experts Provided the Russian Chapter for The International Comparative Legal Guide – Merger Control Laws and Regulations 2021

On 8th of December, The International Comparative Legal Guide published the review: “Merger Control Laws and Regulations 2021”. The Russian chapter was prepared by experts of the Competition/ Antitrust Practice of ALRUD Law Firm - Vladislav Alifirov, Associate, Alexander Artemenko, Attorney and Dmitry Domnin, Attorney.
This chapter provides an overview of the transactions falling under the merger control requirements, various aspects of the merger control procedure, liability for failure to comply with the applicable merger control rules, as well as the other specific issues of the Russian merger control regime.
