We are pleased to announce the admission of Lai Zhen Pik as a partner with effect from 1st January 2021. She is the latest addition to the firm’s Corporate/ M&A Practice Group. Zhen Pik represents multinationals on mergers and acquisition, joint ventures and corporate restructurings. She is also a key member of the China Desk of the firm, and regularly advises Chinese corporations on their inbound and outbound transactions.
