Schwabe is thrilled to announce that our client, Seattle-based JTM Construction, has finalized its contract to serve as general contractor for the Avenue Bellevue project. When completed, this landmark development will include a 1.2 million square foot twin-tower mixed-use development with condominium estates, a luxury hotel, and plaza retail located in downtown Bellevue.
Affiliates of Silverstein Capital Partners will provide financing for the project. Avenue Bellevue is the largest construction financing deal in the history of downtown Bellevue. It is also notable as one of the largest construction financing deals in the United States since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Schwabe construction lawyer Ryan Dumm led the Schwabe team in this effort, supported by Joe Straus and Kainui Smith (construction), Michael Herbst (finance), and legal assistant Roxanne Rebusit.
