<p>On June 17th, the conference "Antimonopoly Law: To a New Level", organized by the pravo.ru. information portal was held. German Zakharov, ALRUD Partner of Competition/Antitrust Practice, and Ruslana Karimova, ALRUD Senior Associate of Competition/Antitrust Practice, participated in the event.</p> <p>German Zakharov led and moderated the session on the topic of coordination of deals of economic concentration. During the discussion, the speakers analyzed the expected legislative initiatives of the Federal Antitrust Service (FAS of Russia) in the area of coordination of deals, considered the main waiver clauses on non-competition, and discussed the details and intricacies of building relations with a foreign investor. Ruslana Karimova presented a comprehensive review in the session and commented on the authorized explanations of the Presidium of FAS of Russia on economic concentration, where Ruslana outlined the main substantive and procedural aspects, important for business.</p>
