David Fruitman Quoted in MLex Article on Cambodia Competition Law

David Fruitman (Regional Competition Counsel/Senior Consultant) was recently quoted in an article ‘Cambodia finally passes competition law, but key details still to come’ published by MLex.
The article runs through key aspects of the new Competition Law with a focus on the next steps awaiting completion by the government such as the issuance of sub-decrees to bring the competition commission into being and outlining further details of the new law’s merger control regime. David, along with other key industry experts, gives his opinion on the introduction of the new law.
