Kraisorn Rueangkul Speaks on Workforce Restructuring in Thailand

On 18 October 2021, Kraisorn Rueangkul (Partner) was invited by Tom Sorensen (Chairman, The Danish Management Society, Bangkok Branch) to deliver a presentation on ‘Workforce Restructuring in Thailand’ to members of the group. Tom had the pleasure of attending Kraisorn’s briefing at an earlier event organized by the British Chamber of Commerce in Thailand and having been thoroughly impressed by its quality wished to give members of the Danish Management Society the opportunity to experience the same. Kraisorn’s presentation focused on assisting employers and employees in handling the human resources needs of businesses that have been impacted by the COVID-19 pandemic. This included leave entitlements, changes to working conditions, working times and salary adjustments, business suspension, redundancy schemes, mutual termination and unilateral termination. The session was very well received and concluded with an active Q&A session.
