Specialising in cross-border restructuring and insolvency as well as commercial dispute resolution in both the British Virgin Islands and the Cayman Islands, Kimberley has particular experience in applications for the appointment of 'soft touch' or 'light touch' provisional liquidators and offshore commercial litigation, having acted in a range of fraud, breaches of directors' duties, shareholder disputes, and minority dissent proceedings.

Jeremy Lightfoot, partner and head of Carey Olsen's dispute resolution and litigation practice in Hong Kong, said: "Kimberley is a very strong addition to our Hong Kong team and her appointment reflects our continued growth and the development of our service offering in response to client needs. Kimberley brings with her an excellent reputation and a breadth of experience in the offshore legal market, having acted in various high-value and complex commercial disputes.
