Carey Olsen advises 7RIDGE on Trading Technologies acquisition

The acquisition, which is expected to close before the end of the year subject to regulatory approvals, will see 7RIDGE help drive the organic growth of Trading Technologies and help the Chicago-based technology provider with future strategic acquisitions moving forward.
Working alongside lead counsel Proskauer, the Carey Olsen team advising 7RIDGE on all Guernsey-related corporate and regulatory aspects of the acquisition was led by partner David Crosland, assisted by senior associate James Cooke and associate Oliver Orton.

Trading Technologies' global team, which spans 13 offices across four continents, has provided derivatives trading software for more than 27 years. Following the completion of the transaction, it will continue to function independently, focusing on delivering enterprise-wide solutions for institutional and professional trading.
