Heuking is fortunate to have three women who are working part-time admitted to partnership and salaried partnership. Part-time partnership for equity partners had been implemented in the firm’s career concept two years ago. Dr. Susanne Stauder is already the second female partner at Heuking who had made this leap, following Kristina Schneider’s earlier promotion. Two of the new female salaried partners are also working part-time. What is remarkable about this year’s promotion to salaried partnership is that the number of women exceeds the number of men – an important signal for the future and an incentive for our young female lawyers.
