April, 2022 - Birmingham, Alabama

Bradley is pleased to announce that partner Monica Wilson Dozier has been named to the 2022 “40 Gators Under 40” list by the University of Florida Alumni Association. The list honors young alumni whose achievements positively impact their communities and professions.

“Monica has established herself as a leader in the firm and in the industry, providing innovative legal solutions for our clients in the renewable energy space,” said Bradley Charlotte Office Managing Partner Christopher C. Lam. “This is a well-deserved recognition of Monica’s demonstrated commitment to her clients and her community.”

Ms. Dozier was selected to the “40 Gators Under 40” list for her contributions to the energy sector and to the Charlotte community. She leads Bradley’s Energy Practice Group in Charlotte and is co-founder and co-chair of the firm’s Renewable Energy team. Ms. Dozier is also an established leader in North Carolina’s construction and energy community, recently working with North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association (NCSEA) to resolve a significant potential barrier to the state’s soaring residential solar industry.

Additionally, Ms. Dozier is an active member of the NCSEA and E4 Carolinas. She provides pro bono work for local individuals and organizations through the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy’s Wills on Wheels team and with Safe Alliance’s Legal Representation Program. A proud University of Florida alumni, Ms. Dozier is an active member and former vice president of Academics of the Charlotte Gator Club, which provides scholarships for Charlotte-area students at the University of Florida.
