Brendan Cahill Recognized as a “Go To Lawyer” for Business Law by Michigan Lawyers Weekly

Dykema, a leading national law firm, is proud to announce that Brendan Cahill was selected by Michigan Lawyers Weekly as a “Go To Lawyer” for Business Law. Cahill will be profiled in a Michigan Lawyers Weekly special supplement on April 25, 2022.

Cahill regularly represents private equity firms, strategic companies, and family-owned business in sophisticated acquisitions, dispositions, and joint ventures in the automotive, manufacturing, healthcare, business services and other industries. For every private equity, strategic acquisition, and joint venture deal he handles, Cahill takes time to get to know each client’s organization and operations. He is often relied on to translate the law into practical business terms and provide solutions to help clients reach their goals.

He serves on Dykema’s Executive Board and was previously the firm’s Corporate Finance Practice Group Leader and Director of the Automotive Industry Group.

Cahill earned a J.D. from the University of Michigan and a B.A., with honors, from the University of Notre Dame.
