Lawyer's profile: Mr. Chen graduated from Peking University Law School and Harvard Law School. He focuses his practice on international commercial arbitration, foreign-related arbitration in China, and cross-border commercial dispute resolution. He has significant experience in assisting foreign clients and multinational companies to resolve China-related commercial disputes, as well as in assisting domestic large-scale enterprises to deal with overseas commercial disputes. He has expertise in resolving joint-venture disputes, financial disputes, real estate and construction disputes, and product liability disputes and in handling public crisis management, etc.

Mr. Chen has represented domestic and foreign clients before various arbitral institutions including the Singapore International Arbitration Center (SIAC), the Hong Kong International Arbitration Center (HKIAC), the American Arbitration Association (AAA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), and the Shenzhen Court of International Arbitration (SCIA). Mr. Chen is named to the arbitrator lists of multiple arbitral institutions including HKIAC, CIETAC and SCIA, and is a member of Professional Commercial Arbitration Law Committee of Beijing Lawyers Association.
