Bradley's Danny Feltham Selected to Alabama State Bar Leadership Forum

Bradley is pleased to announce that Birmingham attorney Danny Feltham has been selected to the Alabama State Bar’s (ASB) 2022 Leadership Forum.
The ASB Leadership Forum is recognized as a dynamic and highly effective model for nurturing and developing leadership skills and values among a select group of qualified, promising lawyers each year. Entry to the program is competitive, equipping graduates with the tools to move the legal profession forward with ethical, servant-minded community leadership.
Mr. Feltham has significant experience in advising privately and publicly traded companies on a broad range of transactional issues, particularly in mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital transactions, joint ventures, reorganizations, and other general corporate matters. He serves as outside general counsel to venture capital funds, private equity portfolio companies and family-owned businesses. Mr. Feltham has participated in domestic and international transactions across a variety of industries for prominent firms. Earlier this year, he was selected as one of The M&A Advisor’s 2022 Emerging Leaders, which celebrates emerging leaders in M&A, finance and turnaround under the age of 40.
