New M&T Partners Appointed

M&T is pleased to announce that we have further strengthened our Capital Markets and our Banking and Finance practices with the appointments of Ms Lina Amran and Mr Rudy Kusmanto as partners of the Firm with effect from 1 January 2009.
Lina Amran has many years of experience in Banking and Finance work and specifically in corporate finance and multi finance. She has worked with and advised many major local and international banks.
Rudy Kusmanto joined M&T in 2005 and specialises in capital markets and securities, banking and finance and foreign capital investment. He has already advised on a large number of capital markets and securities transactions including cross border transactions since joining the firm.
