Cechova & Partners advised Skanska on one of the largest M&A deals in Slovakia in 2010

Cechova & Partners advised Skanska SK a.s. on acquisition of 100 % stake in SkyBau, s.r.o., one of the leading Slovak companies specialized in reinforced concrete constructions, building of residential, engineering, industrial buildings and transportation constructions, purchase and sale of real estate, trade intermediary services and trade in alloyed steel, hard metal materials and waste from these materials. Currently SkyBau is engaged in complex construction activity in the field of building construction that involves the complete supply of key construction works for gross structures.

Skanska SK belongs Skanska Group, which ultimate parent company is the Swedish company Skanska AB.

The Firm participated on all stages of the transaction, starting from the due diligence of the target company, drafting and negotiating of the complex acquisition documentation and merger clearance with the Slovak Antimonopoly Office.
