ǼLEX Represents a Leading Oil and Gas Company in a Strategic Alliance Agreement Restraint Operation

ǼLEX represented a leading oil and gas company in an action filed to restrain the operation of a Strategic Alliance Agreement (SAA) between the company and an agency of the Federal Government. The SAA is in respect of the agency’s 55% interest in certain Oil Mining Licences.
Funke Adekoya (SAN) led the ǼLEX team. Other members of the team are Adedapo Tunde-Olowu, Nosa Osazuwa and Moyosoluwa Akinniyi.
