Boyanov & Co. won the prize Law Firm of the Year for Eastern Europe and the Balkans at The Lawyer European Awards 2011. The award was presented at a ceremony in Geneva on September 29, 2011.
The Lawyer European Awards, under the auspices of The Lawyer, the leading legal magazine in Europe, are considered to be among the most prestigious and hotly contested for the law firms in Europe. More than 80 law firms and individuals from all over Europe were nominated in 19 categories. The winners were selected by a jury of 15 renowned legal authorities. The leading Spanish firm Cuatrecasas was announced European Law Firm of the Year for 2011.
Boyanov & Co. is the first Bulgarian firm to win the prize for the region of Eastern Europe and the Balkans to date.
