Consortium Centro America Abogados – El Salvador advised the incursion in El Salvador of Oakley, the world recognized apparel brand, through its representatives in Latin America, the Venezuelan Grupo IOCA.
Consortium, through its foreign investment department, represented Grupo IOCA in the legal process required for its establishment in El Salvador, including obtaining all the permits and licenses required for its operation and the protection of its investment under the Law of Investments.
