Szecskay Attorneys at Law chosen as the coordinator and single point of contact for legal matters in the new CEE cluster of Reckitt Benckiser.

Szecskay Attorneys at Law were chosen, in April 2012, as the coordinator and single point of contact for legal matters in the new CEE cluster of Reckitt Benckiser. The CEE cluster is comprised of Hungary, the Czech Republic, Slovakia, Croatia and Slovenia. On the basis of the new structure, Szecskay Attorneys at Law provides complex legal support to Reckitt Benckiser on a day-by-day basis, in co-operation with other independent law firms in the CEE cluster, with respect to all main product categories (Health, Hygiene and Home). In particular, legal support is provided in relation to marketing activities (TV copies clearance, packaging, advertising activities, online activities and consumer contests), IP rights (mainly dealing with challenges for similarity, or opposition), sales (contracts with KA, retail chains, trade marketing programs), labour law, supply contracts, legal support in crisis situations and communication, representation in litigation and in other administrative, consumer protection and competition-related proceedings and in consumer complaints.
