Szecskay Attorneys at Law advised CIB Bank Zrt., which was the lead lender and agent in a syndicate of five banks that financed a HUF 17,000,000,000 facility agreement (comprising of both an overdraft and a term loan) for Hungaropharma Zrt., the borrower. Hungaropharma Zrt. is one of the biggest pharmaceutical companies in Hungary.
