Walder Wyss shortlisted for “High Yield Deal of the Year”

Walder Wyss has been co-nominated by International Financial Law Review (IFLR) for its 2013 Europe Awards in the category “High Yield Deal of the Year”. Together with lead counsel Allen & Overy, Walder Wyss received the nomination for acting as Swiss counsel to Schaeffler AG with regard to a credit agreement and the public placement of high-yield bonds.
Walder Wyss advised Schaeffler AG, a leading Germany-based automotive supplier and certain of its subsidiaries in all Swiss law aspects in connection with a EUR 8 billion credit agreement and in connection with the public placement of high-yield bonds with an aggregate volume of approximately EUR 2 billion.
