Morgan Corredores de Bolsa, Banchile Corredores de Bolsa and Larrain Vial, as local underwriters, in the public offering of shares of common stock in the form of shares and American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) of Companía Cervecerías Unidas, a Chilean company engaged in the diversified beverage and confectionery business operating principally in Chile, Argentina and Uruguay, for USD297 million.
