Shepherd and Wedderburn Advise on £13.3m Share Issue
Leading UK law firm Shepherd and Wedderburn has advised Bowleven plc on a direct subscription and placing of shares to raise £13.3 million. The proceeds of this direct subscription and placing will principally be used to fund FEED activities in respect of a proposed development of the Etinde Permit, offshore Cameroon – the final investment decision in respect of that development is being targeted for mid-2014.
