NNDKP Ranked First in the 2014 Edition of WTR 1000

Nestor Nestor Diculescu Kingston Petersen (NNDKP) was ranked first in both areas researched in Romania by the international trademark guide WTR 1000: prosecution and strategy, respectively enforcement and litigation. Partner Ana-Maria Baciu, head of the IP practice and Senior Associate Delia Belciu are recommended among the Romanian trademark experts.
The WTR 1000 is an annual guide edited by World Trademark Review, a renowned international publication featuring articles, editorials and analyses in the trademark field in important jurisdictions. WTR 1000 is based on a very thorough research process, which takes into account market shares and the firms’ projects, as well as feedback from clients and competitors. The guide thus compiles a ranking of law firms, IP boutiques and professionals from over 60 jurisdictions world-wide, including Romania.
