Carey advised Liberty Global in the completion of the acquisition of 20% stake of VTR

Carey acted as local counsel to Liberty Global in the completion of the acquisition of 20% stake of VTR owned by CorpGroup, for app. USD418 million, thus becoming the wholly owner of VTR.
Carey advised Liberty Global through a team led by partners Pablo Iacobelli and Guillermo Acuña, and associates Patricia Silberman, Jaime Carey Jr., Feliciano Tomarelli and Juan Pablo Navarrete.
