Fradyn Suárez Recognized Among Top 50 Female Latin America-Focused Lawyers

Hunton & Williams LLP partner Fradyn Suárez has been selected by the editorial staff of Latinvex as one of the top 50 female lawyers focusing on Latin America from firms across the globe, including the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada and the Cayman Islands. The collective experience of the selected women spans 15 legal areas, such as capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, environmental and labor.

She also advises private equity funds and other investor clients in connection with structuring and documenting joint ventures, and equity and debt investments in the same markets.

Suárez has represented a diverse client base throughout her career, including a significant number of international financial and corporate groups, in connection with an array of business and regulatory matters, most involving cross-border complexities.
