Consortium Honduras Obtains Favorable Award in the First- International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Arbitration Administered in Honduras

Consortium Honduras advised defendant on all proceedings completely administered in Honduras with assistance from the Center for Arbitration of the Tegucigalpa Chamber of Commerce and Industry under International Chamber of Commerce rules. The multinational financial institution advised as defendant had contracted under the ICC arbitration clause and obtained the favorable award.
