Krogerus advises Commerzbank on a transaction related to sale of two commercial real estate portfolios with total face value of EUR 2.9 billion

Krogerus advised Commerzbank AG on the Finnish law aspects of the sale of its European portfolio totalling EUR 2.2 billion to investment bank J.P. Morgan and private-equity firm Lone Star. Commerzbank also sold a German portfolio of non-performing loans with a face value of EUR 700 million to investor Oaktree.
