Krogerus advises AMF on the creation of Antilooppi, its EUR 400+ million joint venture with Ilmarinen

Krogerus acted as lead counsel to Swedish pension insurance company AMF Pensionsförsäkring AB on the creation of Antilooppi. Antilooppi is a new real estate investment company focusing on the Helsinki office market and jointly owned by AMF and Ilmarinen Mutual Pension Insurance Company.

The initial portfolio of Antilooppi comprises 15 office properties with an aggregate lettable floor area of some 230,000 square metres and a property value exceeding EUR 400 million. Included in the properties are the headquarter operations of both Nokia and Finnair.

Marcus Möller led the Krogerus team. He was primarily assisted by senior associate Joakim Jansson and associates Jukka Haataja and Ilari Mustonen. Leena Lindberg led on merger control issues with the assistance of associate Jarno Käkelä.
