Carey Advised Teck in a USD3.5 Billion Joint Venture with Goldcorp

Carey has advised Teck in a USD3.5 billion joint venture with Goldcorp that will combine their Chilean assets, Relincho and El Morro respectively, into Corridor Project.
Carey advised Teck through a team led by partners Rafael Vergara and Cristián Eyzaguirre, and associate Francisco Guzmán.
