Nicola Bonante awarded “Lawyer of the Year - Labour M&A”
Milan, September 28, 2015 - The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners won at the 2015 Legal Community Labour Awards which were held last night at the Diocesan Museum in Milan. Partner Nicola Bonante received an exclusive and special prize and was nominated “Lawyer of the Year - Labour M&A”.
In awarding this prize, the prestigious jury - which included HR managers of top Italian and foreign companies as well as other market operators, stated: "Bonante handled all the labour aspects regarding one of the largest and most important M&A deals of last year: the merger between Sorin and Cyberonics. The project is aimed at creating a new global entity, leader in medical technologies.”
