Krogerus advises Intera Partners on its investment in indoor adventure park company HopLop

Krogerus advised Intera Partners on the acquisition of a controlling interest in HopLop Oy by funds Intera manages.

HopLop is Finland's leading children's indoor play centre chain with 18 locations throughout Finland.

Intera Partners is a Finnish private equity firm that principally focuses on Finnish and Scandinavian mid-sized companies with sales of EUR 10 to EUR 100 million.

The Krogerus team, led by partner Mika Ståhlberg, primarily included partner Sami Martola, senior associate Joakim Jansson and associate Jasmin Wardi. Senior Associate Mirja Sikander advised on financing matters.
