Krogerus advises the Finnish mutual insurance companies Elo and Etera on their ICT outsourcing arrangements

Krogerus advised the Finnish mutual insurance companies Elo and Etera on their information technology and communications (ICT) outsourcing arrangements with LTC-Otso Oy, a joint venture between CGI and LähiTapiola Group. As part of the arrangement, Elo and Etera became shareholders in LTC Otso Oy.
