PLMJ’s real estate team welcomes senior associate Sara Barbot Roquette

PLMJ – Law Firm is pleased to announce the arrival of new senior associate, Sara Barbot Roquette, who joins the firm’s real estate and construction team. Sara had previously worked as legal director and international counsel at Kora Angola, and as a lawyer and senior international legal counsel at the Martifer Group. Besides her skills and experience in real estate and construction, she also specialises in corporate law, international contract law and litigation/arbitration.
According to Tiago Mendonça de Castro, the partner who heads PLMJ’s real estate practice, “strengthening the team is our response to a significant increase in the volume of work we have been experiencing and to the trust that is increasingly being placed in us by the clients who seek our services. PLMJ’s real estate and construction team is now made up of more than 20 lawyers working at the firm’s offices in Lisbon, Oporto and Faro.
