ENSafrica expands its Mauritian offering

We are pleased to announce that Etude Huet de Froberville, one of the oldest and most established attorneys’ firms in Mauritius, is joining forces with ENSafrica, Africa’s largest law firm.
The integration of Etude Huet de Froberville will take effect on 1 July 2016, and will expand ENSafrica’s already strong litigation capability.
ENSafrica has over 600 practitioners and was established over 100 years ago. The firm has offices in Ghana, Mauritius, Namibia, Rwanda, South Africa, Tanzania and Uganda.
ENSafrica is a market leader in Mauritius, where it operates out of its offices in Port Louis and focuses on key practice areas such as banking, corporate, M&A, competition, employment, insolvency and intellectual property, as well as all related litigation, dispute resolution and arbitration. It also offers fiduciary and secretarial services.
