ALRUD Specialists Participated in 54th International Young Lawyers& Conference by AIJA in Munich

On August 23-27 German Zakharov, Of Counsel, Boris Ostroukhov, Senior Associate, and Natalia Danilova, Senior Attorney, participated in 54th International Young Lawyers& Conference by AIJA in Munich.
ALRUD Specialists participated in session “Damage claims in competition matters: The dawn of a new era?”. Among the speakers were various experts from judges to economists, who narrated about the latest developments and current challenges in litigating competition law claims in 16 countries. German Zakharov&s presentation was devoted to the institution of damage claims in the Competition Law of the Russian Federation, regulation of this institution and development of private enforcement of competition law in Russia.
Boris Ostroukhov spoke in session “Claims about claims and disclaimers - welcome to the glamorous world of advertising!” with presentation “Trademarks in Advertising: Overview of Russian Law”.
