Delphi Advises the Board of Directors of Nordic Camping & Resort AB (publ) in Connection With a Public Takeover Offer from Norvestor

Delphi advises the board of directors of Nordic Camping & Resort AB (publ) in connection with the public takeover offer from RCN Intressenter II AB, indirectly owned by Norvestor VII L.P., which is managed by Norvestor Equity AS.
All shareholders of Nordic Camping are offered SEK 30 in cash per share in Nordic Camping and the total value of the offer amounts to approximately MSEK 284. The acceptance period of the offer is expected to commence on 15 November 2016 and expire on 6 December 2016. Nordic Camping’s shares are listed on the Swedish trading platform AktieTorget.
Nordic Camping & Resort AB (publ) is Sweden’s leading brand in the Camping and Resort industry. The business is operated on 14 camps & resorts at different locations in the whole of Sweden, from Östersund in the north to Helsingborg in the south. Nordic Camping’s business idea is to offer varying accommodation under one brand with a clear concept where the customer’s overall experience is at focus.
