Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP is representing Francisco Partners and SintecMedia in SintecMedia’s planned acquisition of Operative Media, Inc. The combined company brings together TV and digital ad management for media companies and publishers worldwide.

The MMM team on the transaction included lead partner David Calhoun as well as Jason Cummings, Hallee Moore, Anthony Boggs, Brian Harris, Scott Wagner, Patrick McKenzie and Jack Moore.
The acquisition is subject to customary closing conditions including customary regulatory review.
