Wolfgang Stürzer (50) joined the law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek in Munich as of July 1, 2017.

Stürzer comes from HFK (formerly Heiermann Franke Knipp), where he had been partner since 2009 and shareholder since 2015. Previously, Stürzer was a partner at Munich-based boutique law firm Mosler + Partner. The expert in real estate management law, construction law, and project development advises German and foreign clients on major real estate transactions and large construction projects (such as currently on the new construction of the Telekom headquarters in Hamburg). His work also focuses on creating building rights on former agricultural land, for example to attract high-tech firms. In addition, he represents clients in complex and large civil trials in construction and business law and is also working as a mediator for German companies abroad, especially in the Middle East.

At Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek, Stürzer will be able to contribute his vast experience and network in the above fields with their proximity to corporate, tax, and/or employment law, at the interfaces of which he is frequently working.
