Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek: successful fiscal year with double-digit revenue growth

February, 2018 - Duesseldorf, Germany

The business law firm of Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek significantly increased its revenue in fiscal 2017. Annual revenue stood at EUR 149.5 million for 2017, EUR 16.1 million above the prior-year figure of EUR 133.4 million, accounting for an increase of 12.1 percent. The firm had already achieved a similarly large increase in 2014, when revenue rose by 12 percent year-over-year.

"While our expectations for 2017 were high, they have even been exceeded. We are very pleased with the firm's growth, but also with our clients' development," said Dr. Andreas Urban, Managing Partner of the law firm.

"In terms of personnel, we have also continued our approach," Urban continued. In 2017, ten lateral en-trants joined the firm: four equity partners and six salaried partners. At the end of the year, the firm counted 139 equity partners. At the beginning of the year, the firm appointed five in-house lawyers as equity partners from its own ranks. Two lateral entrants, Dr. Uwe Hartmann (Frankfurt) and Dr. Andreas Schabenberger (Stuttgart), already joined the firm in 2018.
