Five Dykema Attorneys Honored on Crain's Chicago's Notable Women Lawyers 2018 List: Firm Represented by Maximum Amount of Honorees Possible

Dykema is extremely proud to announce that five of the Firm�s Chicago-based attorneys, Elizabeth Darke, Cinthia Motley, Cynde Munzer, Diana Tsai and Rosa Tumial�n, were recognized on the Crain�s Chicago Business special report, �Chicago�s Notable Women Lawyers 2018.� Dykema�s five attorneys represent 3 percent of the entire list, the maximum amount possible for one firm. The list will be published in the July 30 editions of Crain�s Chicago Business.

�Chicago�s Notable Women Lawyers 2018� celebrates 150 senior level women who have made significant contributions to the industry over the past year. According to Crain�s, those listed have shown the ability or power to effect change in their role and/or area of practice, serve as role models or mentors to other female attorneys, and hold leadership positions in professional organizations and community service initiatives.

Liz Darke is the Leader of Dykema�s Real Estate Practice Group, and concentrates her practice on real estate lending, leasing, and acquisitions and dispositions, in the Chicago area and nationwide, representing both landlords and tenants. Her community involvement includes being an active leader for the Chicago Sinai Congregation, serving on its Executive Board and as a Trustee.

Cindy Motley serves as Director of Dykema�s Global Data Privacy and Information Security practice group. As one of the foremost leaders in international data privacy law, she assists clients in implementing effective information security practices, addressing current and emerging regulatory compliance issues�including cross-border data transfer and information governance�as well as litigation readiness and regulatory inquiry matters. Cindy is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity issues and Received the 2017 Corporate International Global Award as Cybersecurity Litigation Lawyer of the Year in Illinois.

Cynde Munzer is a dynamic and widely respected leader in Chicago�s business and legal communities. Her practice focuses on corporate transactional matters and counseling. Cynde has been and remains active in leadership positions with Chicago women�s business and philanthropic organizations. She is a former board member of the Chicago Chapter of the National Association of Women Business Owners and a recipient of the Women of Achievement Award from the Anti-Defamation League.

Diana Tsai Co-Leads Dykema�s Corporate Finance group. Her practice focuses on the representation of institutional and non-institutional commercial lenders. Diana has deep experience in all aspects of structuring and closing secured and unsecured loan transactions and is a trusted advisor to in-house counsel at financial institutions. Diana serves on the Board of Directors for the West Suburban Humane Society and leads its Governance Committee.

Rosa Tumial�n�s practice focuses on complex commercial disputes, including class action defense and insurance coverage litigation. Her experience includes �bet the company� TCPA litigation which has garnered her a �go-to� reputation in litigation arising under various consumer privacy statutes, including the Illinois Biometric Privacy Act. Rosa has been an active leader in the women�s and Hispanic bar communities.
