October 9, 2018 – TORTOLA, British Virgin Islands – O’Neal Webster is pleased to announce its expansion to New York City, New York, being the first British Virgin Islands law firm to stake a physical presence in the city. Headquartered in Tortola, the firm also staffs an office in London, UK.

Former O’Neal Webster Managing Partner Kerry Anderson, head of the firm’s Investment Funds and Regulatory Department, leads the newly established New York office. Serving both U.S. and global clients, the office will advise exclusively on BVI law in areas of investment funds and finance, corporate and commercial, property, business, trusts and estates, and insolvency and restructuring. The firm’s established U.S. client-base includes major law firms, accounting firms, fund managers, and family offices, among others.
