Makarim & Taira S. Discusses Corporate Criminal Liability with ALSA UNPAD Students

Last 1 December 2018, our associates Hendrik Alfian Pasaribu and Arsa Mufti Yogyandi were invited as speakers by the law students of Universitas Padjajaran (UNPAD), who are also members of the Asian Law Students’ Association (ALSA).
They conducted a seminar and workshop on Corporate Criminal Liability, tackling the elements of a crime, the doctrine of criminal responsibility, and relevant regulations and sanctions in Indonesia on corporate criminal liability. They also presented several case studies where the students were able to exercise their legal knowledge and critical thinking.
Arsa Mufti Yogyandi specializes on commercial and civil disputes, criminal litigation, administrative disputes, and competition litigation. Hendrik Alfian Pasaribu’s practice focuses on corporate and commercial law, litigation, dispute resolution, and employment.
