Beccar Varela advises Tarjeta Naranja on Class XLII Notes’ issuance

Buenos Aires, December 20th, 2018. Beccar Varela advised Tarjeta Naranja S.A. on the issuance of Class XLII Notes, carried out on December 17th under the company’s global program for the issuance of short, medium and long-term notes, for a maximum amount of up to US$1,000,000,000 (or its equivalent in other currencies).
Class XLII Notes were issued in the local market for a nominal value of AR$1,263,303,300. Their maturity date will take place on September 30th, 2019, accruing interests at a fixed rate.
In this issuance, Banco de Galicia y Buenos Aires S.A.U and Banco Macro S.A. acted as organizers, while Banco de Galicia and Buenos Aires S.A.U and Macro Securities S.A. as placement agents.
FIX SCR S.A. has rated Class XLII notes “A1 (ARG)”. They have been listed in Bolsas y Mercados Argentinos S.A. and authorized for trading at Mercado Abierto Electrónico S.A.
