Rome, November 27, 2018 - The international law firm Gianni, Origoni, Grippo, Cappelli & Partners was a winner at the Rome TopLegal Awards, the annual event that recognizes and celebrates top professionals in the legal sector.
During the evening, the Firm was awarded “Firm of the Year- Antitrust”.
The jury, composed of General Counsel and Heads of Corporate and Legal Affairs of leading companies and banks, stated: “The firm successfully assisted Eni in the civil claim for damages promoted by Alitalia before the Court of Milan and based on the provision with which the Agcm had deemed six oil companies responsible for an agreement restrictive of competition in the Italian market for aviation fuel.”
