Silverlake Acquires Office Building at Ben-Gurion-Ring in Frankfurt with Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek

February, 2019 - Germany

Supported by a team led by Dr. Peter Vocke, Partner at Heuking Kühn Lüer Wojtek’s Düsseldorf office, Silverlake Real Estate Group acquired the office building at Ben-Gurion-Ring 174 in Frankfurt, a former SEB branch. With the acquisition of the building, Silverlake is implementing its intended market entry in Frankfurt.

The currently vacant four-story building in Nieder-Eschbach features a rental space of some 10,000 square meters. The building, constructed in 1977, is to be entirely renovated and repositioned as a multi-tenant site. The office building has more than 200 indoor and outdoor parking spaces and is well connected to the highway and the city center.

Düsseldorf-based Silverlake Real Estate Group is a real estate investor operating in project and portfolio development and in asset management. The company currently focuses on real estate in North Rhine-Westphalia. Silverlake has a portfolio of more than 1,000 units and a project development pipeline in excess of EUR 100 million.

Vocke and his team regularly advise Silverlake, most recently on its acquisition of 104 apartments in Hagen in mid-2018.
