Hanson Bridgett Welcomes Counsel Brian Schnarr

March 7, 2017 (SAN FRANCISCO, CA) – Hanson Bridgett LLP is pleased to announce that Brian Schnarr has joined the firm as counsel in its construction practice group.

Resident in the San Francisco office, Brian’s practice focuses on litigating various matters including construction and product defect, toxic tort, business and contract disputes, corporate fraud, and trade secret misappropriation. Brian is well-versed in handling each step of the civil litigation process from consultation to trial.

Brian has been recognized for his achievements by SuperLawyers, where he has been named a “Rising Star” from 2013 to 2017, and by both the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and Public Justice, which named him “Trial Lawyer of the Year” in 2014 for helping to secure a $1.15 billion judgment to be used for the abatement of lead-based paint in cities and counties throughout California.

Active in the legal community, Brian serves as a member of the Association of Business Trial Lawyers, the San Francisco Bar Association, Consumer Attorneys of California, and the American Association for Justice. Brian is also an active supporter of the Tipping Point Community, a San Francisco non-profit charged with finding solutions to poverty.

Brian earned his juris doctorate from University of San Francisco School of Law, where he served as articles editor of the University of San Francisco Law Review. Prior to joining Hanson Bridgett, he was an associate at Sheppard, Mullin, Richter & Hampton LLP in the firm’s business trials practice group.
